It´s the most Wonderfull Time OF THE YEAR!!!

Or not? personally for me it is, I love Christmas, The warm feeling, the presents, the cold weather, the presents, the yummi food, the presents, the Carols, the present, Decorating... Santa Clauss... Oh Yes I admit it, I TOTTALY LOVE CHRISTMAS!!! Everything about it, I love...

Today hopefully I will be getting my Christmas Tree, Yupiiii, I thinking about a really wide one, but I guess it depends on the price...

Out there are some really cool things to decorate, check this out:

I know Crate&Barrel it´s really expesive nut they have some really original and gourgeos ornaments, I totally love this Banana Bark Safari Animal Ornaments, I can picture a whole tree decorated kind of etnic, in white, bronze and etnic stuff. (did I mention, they are really expensive :-()

But my best news today is that I ordered my new DSLR Nikon D70s (US$ 800) that my DH is giving me for christmas, can you believe this man, he´s pampering me allright. Look at it, I can´t wait to have it in my hands!!!!

!!! I´m Back

Hello!!! How was your halloween and your weekend, mine was very nice but also went very fast... buhu buhu... I´ve trying to study my photoshop... but ther´s so much to learn and so little time, Andres is the kind of boy that enjoys mostly outdoors activities, so we don´t get to stay home very long during the weekend, he wants to go out... anywhere but out of the house. Even so I can say that I got some work done this weekend and I have a few new LO...

I really loved the halloween kit by Iron Orchid Desings, it was my favorite above all and there were some really nice kit out there, but this one was so cute, and the pictures of my niece Isabel just seemed perfet to scrap with it.
Ahh and the firts two LO are part of the work I´m doing as a CT for Jen Reed, I have to try and do another LO, maybe this week.

I can´t believe it´s almost December, phiu!! the year went by so fast, I really need to start planning my christmas decorations already, I guess it will be in two week that I can buy and decorate my tree, I just love to put my natural tree every year, the smell and look of it its uncomparable.

I allready got some shopping done in the Digital Scrapbooking deparment for my chritsmas LO, and is this really beatiful Kit by Sara Carling that it´s called Share in the Season, and all the profits will go to a great cause that is to help Asher and his family in their fight with cancer (Asher is a small boy who will turn 4 in january and was diagnosed with brain tumor early this year), this good cause makes this kit so meaninful and isn´t that any way what the holidays are about!!!

Well with that said...I´ve got to go, Andres and I are both getting a cold, I´m figthing hard, cause he´s so miserable when he is ill, I just can´t stand it. I was reading a little bit of Asher Story in their blog, and my heart has shrinked, Please make a prayer for Asher so he will get better.

My Double Life!!!!

I mean my double blogging life!!! Keeping up with two blogs has been kind o hard, mostly because I don´t want to post the same thing on both of them, I want them to be different, and I´ve been having ahar time with it. Last week I carved our giant pumpkin, ad see how it turned out!!! Not bad for a first time, hahhh...

I also have been asked to be CT (creative team member) by a wonderfull designer, Im not sure if I can tell yet, so I won´t but I can tell that I´m really excited and honored!!! that I can tell. I just wish to have soon that blinkie on rigth next to this text.

I did a nice LO this weekend, so here it it, Andres looked so cute on those pictures, I just knew I had to scrap them.

Yupieee, Yupieee, I couldn´t believe my eyes as I did my daily blog checking, that one of my LO was picked LO of the day at Melissa G wonderfull site, I´m so gratefull for her comments, being so new at digital scrapping, I feel so honored!!!! Even as I write this, I smiling a huge smile... I´m so happy!!!!

Pumpkin Time

So I finally got to finish my pumpkin LO, and I think it turned out really nice, at for a starter lie me. I´ve been doing all kind of new things, learn to publish in my blog, digital scrapbooking and I´m also taking some element desing courses at the 3Scrapateers Academy, very basic thought.
I´ve also been doing some shopping online, want to do some altered proyects to give as christmas presents and I really got to hurry up.
I saw some pictures and video about last week Memory Trends in Las Vegas, and wow!!! do I wish someday to go to something like that.. Just wonderful, so many stands, I´m green with envy of those who got to go. Anyway at Scapbooks Etc Magazine site http://www.bhgscrapbooksetc.com/video/ they havesome great videos explaining techniques and everything that started on a daily basis (Mon-Fri) about 3 weeks ago, in todays video the go to Memor Trends and I could get a glimpse of what it was like. I never paper scrapped, And I think digital it´s great, you get to collect all those great kit, that one organizes to see everything neat and pretty, but let me tell you, with paper scrappboking... You get to collect all that cool stuff, wow!!! all those great organizers out there.

Monday, Monday...

So good to be!! well it´s monday again, and a rainny day too...
This weekend was a nice and sunny in the mornings but lots of rain in the afternoon, I was so busy I didn´t get to scrap at all, I started on LO that I´ll hopefully finish tonigth and post tomorrow.
Just a little comment, I participated in some of SBB B2B this weekenk and it was really fun, lots of prizes too.

Good Moorning everyone... just some really quick comments since I´m getting ready to take Andres to his school, I finally got to make a LO of Andres first day at school, here it is... And doesn´t he look cute and all gronw up... boho boho!!!
For this LO I used the wonderfull kit School DaiZ from DigiScrapZ desingned by Jeanine Baechtold, Jen Reed, Krista Mettler and Melissa G. Great Kit really, packed with lots of nice stuff.
Well as I said, this was really quick cause I´m leaving to take Andres to School and to work.

I´m Back

Oh my Oh my... I thougt I had allready publised this, but no no no, I lef it as a preview... I´m sorry, I´m mad with myself because I can´t keep up whit my blog, I would want to be able to write at least every other day, I must be able.

Well anyway this is my latest LO, with some of the pictures we took 3 weeks ago when we went to the beach, we had a wonderfull time, we also stayed at this really beautifull house we rented; and we were 20 people, so we really got to share with the family too.

Well rigth I´ve got to go, but later on I´ll be posting a new LO I´ve made.

Busy Bad Blogger

Ok I must admit I´ve been a really bad blogger, but I,ve been so so very busy... First of all Andres started preschool last week, and the fact that for at least the first 3 week me or my DH have to go with him and stay with him until he adapts takes a lot of our time... So I,ve having to stay a work also a little longer in the afternoon. But it´s all worth it, doesn´t he look cute whit his apron. He´s been adapting so so... but I understand because hé has allways been at home, so this is such a new experience for him.

We have had also a lot of social encouters... last weekend was the first of the baby shower saga for mi cousin Nathy, i was one of the hostess, so there went my weekend. The next baby shower is in my house so i have lots to plan forward. I have some really cute ideas, but all of them are time consuming, and some of them money consuming... well I´m just trying to balance everything the best I can...

Soooo please wish me Luck!!!

Now my youger sister Florencia is leaving this saturday for France where she plans to study french for a year, so yesterday was a goodbye party for her... Another late nigth and could´n do any scrapping either... So anyway... She´s a really smart and beautiful girl, so I know to my heart that she will make the most of this opportunity; but I can help to feel a little scared cause she´s so young...only 18.
I made a LO for her, but is in my other computer, I´ll upload it later. For now just a small photo of My mom (6 o´clock), My sister Florencia (3 o´clock), My cousin Nathy (12 o´clock) and me (I´m the one with the green necklace).

Little Time

It´s tuesday, and the traffic wasn´t so bad this morning, I went to the beauty parlor really early to get my hair blowed Dried before comming to work (thats very common here in Venezuela, I probabbly go 2 or 3 times a week). When I was parking I was a little distracted and bumped into the column that divided the parking space, dawm!! (I chipped the paint in the bumper of my car).

So it wasn´t the best way to start a day, but what a heck!!! Yesterday nigth I went to a parents meeting at Andres Pre-School; he will be going to his first day of school on friday... I´m so nervous about it, but also kind of excited, I know he is really going to enjoy going to school. The uniform is so nice cause the sell the t-shirts with the school logo and have like 15 different colors, I got carried away a bougth almost one of each color. Then my sketch is from Andres when he was 6 months old, I guess last nigth I felt kind of sad that my baby grew so fast (sad in a good sense), probably the rigth word is melancholic.

Anyway, I will be posting later in the week the pictures of his first day at school, since we have to be with him the first 3 week or so, until he get used to being in this new place, I,ve thougt I´ll be making a special album for him and his friends and their first days away from home at school.

Monday, Monday...

So it was a really nice weekend at the beach, I didn´t do my homework as escpected... I didn´t take all the pictures I should have, but now it´s to late to regret, what done it´s done.
Yesterday nigth I tried to do a LO for one of digiscrapdivas challenges, but it didn´t turned out the way I wanted it so I´m not posting it yet.

But I will post some of the pictures (very few) that I took this weekend, Andres had the best of times, he really enjoyed the pool at the house we rented and loved going to beach, at the end of the day I was afraid we were going to disolute of being for so long under water. Also Andres got to like the sand a little bit, we haven´t taken him much to the beach so he feels strange and doesn´t like to have his feet dirty, it was so funny cause at first he didn´t even wanted to put his feet on the sand, eventually he got the hang of it, and enjoyed very much.

Today it started raining at 6 am in the morning... so the trafic to get to work was crazy... what a way to start the week.

Andres will start scholl on monday... let´s see how that goes.

I think I´m addicted

Well it´s finally friday, I´m so tired, staying up late every nigth cause I want to learn Photoshop and make at least one LO. Yesterday nigth I participated at SBB Party with Arty... It really was fun, I´m impressed that everybody knows the name to all the other people.... and there are lots of people, lots and lots...

Anyway yerterday I went to my baby school to finish the inscription process, I can´t believe my baby will start attending kinder Garden next week... Time flyes by, I´m kind of nervous, hope he addapts well.

Well be going to the beach this weekend, hope to take lots of great pictures so I can work in some LO next week...

Starting One Fine Day

Today I´m starting this... It´s only been 2 week since I started digiscrapping, and now I´m addicted to the whole thing... I used to go to ber early around 10 pm, now I´m on the computer till 2 o 3 am...
All because I want to do LO, and I want to learn to use Photoshop CS2 very well (so I do tutorials, lots of tutorials), and I want to participate in crops and challenges, and I want to look for freebies and download, and to organice the whole thing in my computer... wow It´s been a lot of work but I´m enjoying so much..
